Sarah Brummitt
Sarah Brummitt is the Head of European Faculty for Talent Mondial.
Based in London she is a qualified Executive Coach and seasoned training professional. Sarah has worked with contributors at all levels in organisations in the UK, Europe, North and South America, the Far East and Australia to help them achieve their professional development goals.
Sarah has over 18 years of B2B sales, management and training experience and her professional development expertise extends to the e-learning, web and traditional classroom environments. She works in a wide range of industry sectors including finance, banking, technology, telecommunications, professional services, manufacturing, government and pharmaceuticals. Her clients include: General Electric Group (US and global), J. Walter Thompson part of WPP, O2, BP, Kantar, Reuters and Abbey National (part of the Santander group).
Sarah graduated from university with an honours degree in Business Studies and in 1991 she joined AstraZeneca, during which time she won the Top Salesperson of the Year award for the highest territory sales in the company. Sarah held several first and second line management positions, before heading up AstraZeneca UK’s Training Department, with responsibility for the training and development needs of the UK pharmaceutical industry’s single largest sales force.
More recently Sarah was Head of Client Impact for a UK sales effectiveness organisation. Her team was responsible for maximizing and measuring the impact of client learning interventions across all four Kirkpatrick levels of training evaluation. She also managed a global faculty group and was responsible for content development and delivery across her client base.
She is an Associate of the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Member of the UK Chartered Institute of Management and Deputy Chair of the London branch of the Women in Management organisation.
