After an early career as a professional soccer player, cut short through injury, Paul moved into menswear retailing, an experience that led to the management of store operations for Ralph Lauren and Donna Karan. During this time Paul used his sports coaching experience to develop young individuals into effective, motivated team players.

 

During the last two years he has worked with Psychological Associates, a Talent Management business, who focus on developing productive attitudes and behaviours. The knowledge and experience gained through this association has developed Paul’s approach to developing young people into effective team players.
