Ann Buzzotta
Ann’s late father, Dr Victor Buzzotta, co-founded Psychological Associates in 1958.
During her time at Psychological Associates Ann contributed to ground breaking development in the field of 360 feedback and behavioural survey design. She also contributed extensively to the design of the company’s “Dimensional Training” Programs and the customisation of the company’s concepts and models into learning programs for clients and associates.
In 1989 Ann married Peter Pattenden and together they developed the UK business People Skills International. Ann and Peter relocated to Mauritius in 2010 and Talent Mondial was formed.
Extensive travel and international living (USA, UK, Switzerland, France and Mauritius) have contributed to Ann's exceptional ability to design programs that are culturally appropriate to meet the needs of clients across the world.
Ann’s diverse client list includes: Cummins (Global), Standard Bank (Africa), Tetra Pak (Europe), Coles (Australia), Discount Bank (Israel), Taj Hotel (India), Cape Grace Hotel (South Africa), Auberge Resorts, Starwood: The Luxury Collection, Xyratex (USA) and in the UK – Friends Provident, Lloyds Bank, Midland Bank (HSBC), Thames Water, Bank, LCH Clearnet and Columbia Threadneedle Investments.
She has authored articles on Leadership for Psychological Associates and is co-author of a series of articles on Legacy Leadership with Dr. Louis Patler. Ann is an effective speaker and has addressed members of the Institute of Personnel Development in the UK and Australia.
